There is no connection between the remote control and the
receiver in the vehicle.

Change your position in relation to the vehicle, e.g. hold the
remote control higher or to the side.

Move closer.
If you cannot establish a connection and the auxiliary heating is
switched on, it can then only be deactivated using the y button
(Y page 123).

Several remote controls are being used at the same time.

Switch on the remote control again after a short while
