wrenchextension. Only insert themiddle rodon
thelug wrench, and alwaysasfar as it will go.
Otherwise, therods could bend and deformso
muchthat they can no longer be usedaspump
levers forthe jack.

To preparethe hydraulicjack: insert the
thirdrod of pumplever 1 forthe jackinto
thelug wrenchextension.

Close pressurerelease screw 3.
#
To do this, use theflattened sectiononpump
lever 1 to turnpressurerelease screw 3
clockwise to thestop.

Do notturnpressurerelease screw 3 more
than one or twofull turns.Hydraulic fluid
couldotherwise escape.

Insertpumplever 1 withthe largestrod into
therecessonthe jackand securebyturning
it clockwise.

Place thejackverticallybeneaththe jacksup‐
portpoints described below.
Jacksupportpoint, front axle
Jacksupportpoint, rear axle (example: chassis
up to 3.5 t)
Jack supportpoint, rear axle (example: Cargo
