Replacing components
Safety
A safety inspection must be carried out after the replacement, modification, maintenance
or repair of a component (see section "Safety Inspection").
General The "Replacing components" chapter describes how to replace components which
- do not have an accompanying description for their replacement and
- which need a complete replacement description
Overview "Replacing components" contains the following sections:

WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before opening the device
- Set power switch to - O -
- Disconnect the device from the grid
- Attach a clear warning sign advising others not to switch the power source
back on
- Use a suitable measuring instrument to ensure that electrically charged com-
ponents (e.g. condensers) are discharged
WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Danger of residual voltage from ca-
pacitors. Wait until the capacitors have discharged. Discharge takes 10 minutes.
Additional information on discharge time can be found in the operating instruc-
tions and in the safety information on the inverter.
NOTE! Requirements for electrical installations may be subject to national stan-
dards and regulations, and these must be followed accordingly.
