Functional tests
Function Put inverter back into operation. Connect AC and DC.
Functions considered to be relevant by the inspection personnel must be checked to en-
sure that they are working correctly. Inverter connection and power supply.
Grid – switch on/
off equipment.
Evidence of functioning is to be provided by means of measurement or visual inspection.
Inspection of AC and DC main switch (carry out with no load or minimal load, but not in
standby mode).
- Switch off DC main switch ->Inverter must go into a fault condition and interrupt the
feed-in.
- Switch off DC main switch -> Inverter switches off and display turns off.
- Switch on AC main switch and DC main switch.
The inverter must carry out a fan test automatically.

- Check the display for functionality
- Functionality of the operating controls must be checked in accordance with the oper-
ating instructions.
