Replacing hybrid plugs
Removing hybrid
plugs
Open both cabinet doors
Remove 3 TX 25 screws (1) and cover
plate (2)
Disconnect all lines from the AC and
DC main switches (or AC contactor)
(see "Removing AC main switches"
and "Removing DC main switches")
Remove 4 TX 25 screws (3) and main
switch rails
Remove the power stage set securing
plates (on which the hybrid plug must
be replaced)
Remove all power stage sets of the
phase (on which the hybrid plug must
be replaced)
Remove the power stage set spare
plates for Fronius CL 36 / 48
Disconnect cable (copper busbars) (4)
(5 x TX25x16 mm)

WARNING! An electric shock can
be fatal. Danger from grid voltage
and DC voltage from solar mod-
ules.
Prior to all work on the inverter,
make sure that the AC and DC
wires are not charged.
