Service codes
General The purpose of these service codes is to identify errors that may occur and remedy them
directly onsite, if possible.
Service codes are divided into service classes 1 to 5, or 9.
Special criteria apply to specific service codes; these are marked with an asterisk.
Fields marked with a * are displayed on the LCD as clear text. However, if these service
codes are sent by SMS, the status code is entered.
Fields marked with a ** are not displayed on the LCD. If the service code occurs, it is visible
in the STATE PS menu as "Last Error."
Fields marked with a *** are grid errors; the second number refers to the phase in which
the error occurs. 0 = all phases / 1 = phase 1 / 2 = phase 2 / 3 = phase 3
Error States 502 to 561 are no longer displayed until the next DC disconnect after the user
confirms them by pressing <ENTER>.
Service class 1 These errors are usually temporary. Their cause lies in the public grid. The inverter's first
reaction is to disconnect from the grid. It attempts to reconnect after the stipulated grid
monitoring period as long as no other error occurs during this period. The error code is dis-
played during grid testing.
