Make sure that the machine is not
in operation, and open the front
cover.

Open the Tray 5 (bypass).

Unlock the Cover A by lifting up the
release lever on the upper right of
the Cover A, and then open the
Cover A.

Lift up the release lever of the drum
cartridge, and slide the drum
cartridge out until you can lift the
handle on top of the drum
cartridge.

Hold the handle and remove the
cartridge from the machine.
Important • Be sure to hold the drum
cartridge by its handle when
removing it out of the
machine. If you do not hold it
by its handle, it might fall out
of the machine and soil the
floor.
