Refer to the safety notes in the "Safety/regulations" manual and in th e "Getting
started", Page 15 chapter when connecting or disconnecting cables.
If a fault oc c u rs, try to c
orrect it as described in the following documentation:

• in the documentation for the connected devices
• in the help systems of th
esoftwareused
• in the documentation for your operating system
Help if problems occur
Should you encount
er a problem with your computer that yo u cannot resolve yourself:
► N ote the ID num ber
of your device. The ID number is found on the type rating
plate on the back,
the underside or the top of the casing.
► C ontact the Service Desk responsible for your country for clarification of the problem:

http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/con tact/servicedesk". When you do th is, please have
ready the ID number and serial number of your system.

Power-on indicator remains unlit after you have
switched on your device

Troubleshooting
The mains voltage supply is faulty. ► Ch eck whether the power cable is plugged
properly into the device and a grounded
mains outlet.
Internal power supply overloaded.
► Pull the power plug of the device out of the
mains outlet.
► Wait app

mains outlet again.
