Installing a hard disk drive
► On devices without a casing lock but with hard disk cover lock: Open the casing (see
"
Open the casing", Page 43) and unlock the hard disk cover (see "Mechanically lock
the hard d isk co ver on devices with out a casing lock", Page 34).
► On devices with a casing lock: Unlock the casing.
► R emove the hard disk cover (see "
Remove the hard disk cover", Page 54 ).
► If there is a h ard disk carrier in the casing, r emove it (correspond s to the removal of a hard
disk carrier with an installed hard disk, see "
Removing the hard di sk drive ", Page 75).

► Place the hard disk drive in the ha rd disk carrier (1).
► Fasten the screws (2).
On delivery, the screws are in the accessories kit.
