FCC Compliance Statement
CELSIUS systems whose designation ends with "a" or "an", e.g. CELSIUS R940a,
comply with the standard FCC part 15 acco rding to class A.
If the device complies with the FCC regulations, the FCC sign can be found on the type rating plate.
FCC Class A Compliance Statement
The following statement applies to the products covered in this manual, unless otherwise specified
herein. The s tatement for other products will appear in the accompanying documentation.
NOTE:
This equ ipmen t has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules and meets all requirements of the Canadian
Interference- Causing Equipment Standard ICES-003 for digital ap paratus. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if
not installed and use d in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interfe rence to
radio communications. How ever, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular inst allation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which c an be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged
to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation b etween equipment and the rece iver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from th at to
which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/T.V. technician for help.

The use of shielded I/O cables is required when connecting this equipment to any and all optional
peripheral or host devices. Failure to do so may violate FCC and ICES rules.
