Switch the device on
► If necessa ry, switch the monitor on ( see the operating manual for the monitor).

he front of the device.

The power indicator glows and the device is started.
Switching off the device
► Shut down the o peratin
g system in a defined manner. In Windows: via the
Start menu and the Tur
nOffComputerfun ction.

► Briefly press the O N/OFF switch.
► If the operating sy
stem does not automatically switch t he device into energy-saving
mode or switch it of
f, press the ON/OFF switch until the device switches off.
Warning, this cou
ld lead to a loss of data!

If the device is switched off, the device consumes a minimum of energy.
The ON/OFF switch does not disconnect the device from the mains voltage. To
completely disconnect the mains voltage, remove the power plug from the power socket.
