6.4.2 Gathering diagnostic information
PrimeCollect enables you to collect and store information about the hardware
and software of your PRIMERGY server. In case of a problem, PrimeCollect
facilitates and quickens error diagnostics by providing service technicians with
relevant log, event and configuration files.
