CSS components Non-hot-plug components
8.2 Non-hot-plug components
If a CSS error is displayed but none of the hot-plug components is displaying an
error, proceed as follows:
Ê Exit all applications and shut down the server properly.
Ê Press the On/Off button if the server has not been switched off by the
operating system.
Ê Pull all power connectors out of the power outlets.
8.2.1 Opening the server
8.2.1.1 Opening the server - floorstand model
Ê If required, remove the lock on the side cover.

Ê Unlock the server (1).
Ê Loosen the two knurled screws at the rear side (2).
Ê Push back the left-hand side cover approxiate 2 cm (3).
Ê Remove the left-hand side cover (4).
