WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
FUNGILAB S.A. guarantee the perfect functioning of this instrument against defects in
material or workmanship, when used under appropriate conditions and in accordance
with the operation instructions for a period of TWO YEARS from the invoice date of the
product.
The following cases cancel the warranty period:
Misuse of the instruments
When the equipment has been damaged by the user
When the user has not had in mind the Fungilab recommendations and maintenance.
When the instrument has been repaired or mishandled by anybody not allowed for
the Fungilab technical service.
When the serial number is incorrect or it does not suit with the written in the
warranty.
FUNGILAB’s sole obligation shall be to repair or to replace any part(s) that prove defective within
the warranty period and shall not be liable for consequential damages resulting from the use of its
products.
