5.5.2 Precautions to be observed when drying the paint
Forced drying
In order to protect resin and rubber parts, ensure
that the temperature of the painted surface does
not exceed 80°C.
If the temperature is likely to exceed 80°C, either
remove the following parts or take steps to protect
them from heat.
Parts to be removed or shielded from heat when repainting at temperatures exceeding 80°C
Natural drying
In this case, no resin or rubber parts must be removed
from the vehicle.

Clear acrylic urethane can be susceptible to
blistering. More information can be obtained
from the paint manufacturer/supplier.
The surfaces must be roughened before
repainting, otherwise the paint layer might
adhere poorly.
