3.3 Sensor chip
The sensor chip is a gold-coated glass slide mounted on a supporting frame. The sensor
chip is normally enclosed in a protective cassette. Do not remove the sensor chip from
the cassette. The illustration below shows the sensor chip separate from the cassette
for illustration purposes.
