Software problems
In the case of software malfunction or other software problem, run Tools:More
Tools:Software Problem Report. Complete the problem report in as much detail as you
can, save the report and submit it to your local service representative. Attach any other
information you think may be relevant such as screendumps or exported database
items. Details of your computer, operating system and installed software are automati-
cally included in the report.
Assay-related problems
The Support Navigator in the software provides help on assay related problems. If you
cannot solve your problems with the information provided, contact your local application
support specialist.
