13.2.3 Car moves too low
Cause
The emergency limit switch of the car can reach the lower EMERGENCY
limit switch approach bar if
o the brake's air gap is too large,
o the sensing device is defective;
o there is a fault in the electrical system,
o the car is overloaded (overload protection),
o the car was lowered with the manual brake release.
Measures:
 Connect the assembly control to the switch
cabinet on the car roof.
 Press the button UP (1).
The car now moves out of the END position.

If this effect occurs repeatedly although the car is not overloaded,
have the brake checked or adjusted by a qualified person.
