– The corresponding cleaning program is displayed on the
OptiStar control units:
21. The process step is complete once this symbol is
displayed.
– The key can be pressed once again if necessary. Otherwise the
next cleaning step is activated.
22. The following screen is displayed:
– The fresh powder pump is cleaned
23. Booth cleaning can now be started: Activate the corresponding
command on the MagicControl control unit
– The resulting powder is fed into the powder hopper
24. Once the booth has been cleaned, reposition the recovery hose in
the cleaning position
25. The cleaning of the recovery hoses starts automatically (sensor
monitored)
