II. Determination of total protein by end-point method
1) Set the following parameters of this item in the “Program” menu
according to the reagent instruction:

2) Press the number key “5” on the “Item Choice” window to choose
the “TP” item. Then, the system begins to preheat and will enter the
measurement interface after the temperature is stable. Enter the
number key “1” to select “Measure”. When the system is ready, the
