Procedure

1. Remove the bolt, nut and washers connecting the hydraulic cylinder to the hinge point.

Disconnect the hydraulic cylinder and move it away from the hinge point.

2. The aluminum boom part is aligned horizontally by adjusting the two M34 ram eyes.

Use a bubble level to check the alignment.

Once the boom is aligned horizontally, tighten the M34 nuts just slightly.
