4 - Sprayer setup
4.4
The angle of the fan blades can be adjusted to 4 positions. They are
normally factory set to position 3.
Decreasing the angle of the blades (minimum angle, position 1)
lessens the flow and decreases power consumption. By increasing
the angle (maximum angle, position 4) the flow increases, but so
does the power consumption. In this way, the sprayer can adapt
both to the different applications as well as the power of the tractor.
To change the position of the angle of the fan blades, you should
follow these steps:
1.Take off the suction guard.
2. Loosen the Allen screws (A) without taking them out completely.
3. Loosen the Allen screws (B) holding the nut at the back of the fan.
4. With both hands on opposite blades, turn them to the position
wanted between 1 and 4. All the blades should turn at the same
time.
5. Finally, make sure all blades are in the same position (C) before
tightening the Allen screws (A) and (B).
