When BIN measurement is set to OFF (default setting), these signals can be used as 11-bit
general-purpose output pins in addition to being used for the purpose of acquiring comparator
judgment results (HI, IN, LO).
When BIN measurement is set to ON, the BIN judgment results are output from pins 13 to 17 and
pins 31 to 36.
