BIN Measurement (Using Multiple Judgment Standards)
(Measurement screen) MENU > MATH > BIN

Enable the BIN function.
(Default setting: OFF)
When this function is set to OFF, upper limit
and lower limit values are disabled even if
they have been previously set.

Select a BIN number.

Enter an upper limit value and touch
ENTER.
CLR Deletes the entire value.
BS Deletes the previous character.
CANCEL Cancels the setting and returns to
the previous screen.
(Default setting: 0 V; valid setting range:
-1000 V to 1000 V)
If the instrument is turned off before touching
ENTER, the value being set will be lost, and
the setting will revert to its previous value.

Enter a lower limit value using the same
method as for the upper limit value.
(Default setting: 0 V; valid setting range:
-1000 V to 1000 V)
