6.4.3. Transport position
The compact crane must be put in the transport position for driving. To do this, follow these steps:
 Be careful when lowering the boom to the transport position that the boom and jib do not
contact the engine shroud and toolbox at the front and that the jib does not contact the
toolbox if the jib is hanging beside the boom.
 The jib adapter can be attached to the jib if the jib is hanging beside the boom and other
attachments are desired.
 Secure attachments in the intended locations during transport. 30 degree section and winch
head alongside the boom, manual jib extension on the ballast, jib adapter in the boom.
 Make sure that in the transport position the winch is always rolled up and the attachments are
stowed and secured.
