7.4. Lubrication chart
Lubricate the compact crane as shown in the lubrication chart below, paying particular attention to the following:
Clean the grease nipples thoroughly before lubrication.
Remove excess/old grease from the masts.
Use clean greases, stored in sealed packaging.
Lubricate the top side of the plastic guide on the boom by inserting a grease gun fitted with a spot nozzle
through the holes, when the b
oom is fully extended.
Use only prescribed greases; see lubricant specifications.
