To disconnect the battery:
1. Cut off the battery with the battery disconnect switch.
2. Locate the battery behind the left rear wheel under the orange fender cover.
3. Remove the protective cap from the negative terminal (only?).
4. Detach the negative cable and move it away from the battery.
5. Detach the positive cable and remove (?) from the battery.
To connect the battery:
1. Connect the positive cable to the positive terminal.
2. Connect the negative cable to the negative terminal.
3. Install the protective caps on the battery terminals.
4. Install the fender cover (?)
5. Set the battery disconnect switch to position on (?)
1. Remove rubber lock on the front of the left fender (?)
Position A = on, position B = off (?)
Checking battery and cable connections Regularly carry out the following maintenance work:
1. Check battery state and leaks. Observe the battery manufacturer's information.
2. Clean corroded sections of the battery terminals (?)
3. Protect the battery terminals with non-acidic battery grease or die electric grease (?)
4. Check cables and cable connectors for a firm fit and damage.
5. If you detect any damage with the battery cables or terminals, contact the nearest Holder-accredited
service center (?).
