2. Check the front low-beam headlights.
a. Set the light switch into position 2. The light switch illuminates.
b. Ensure that the front low-beam headlights are turned on.
3. Check the front upper headlights.
a. Turn the upper headlight switch on.
b. Ensure that the front upper headlights are turned on.
4. Check the front high-beam lights.
a. Move the multifunction lever down. If you have two multifunctional levers, use the lever
on the right side of the steering column.
b. Ensure that the high-beam indicator in the instrument panel lights up.
c. Ensure that the front high-beam lights are turned on.
5. Check the front and rear left signal lights.
a. Return the multifunction lever to its default position, then move it inward.
b. Ensure that the signal indicator in the instrument panel is flashing.
c. Ensure that the front and rear left signal lights are flashing.
6. Check the front and rear right signal lights.
a. Return the multifunction lever into its default position, then move it outward.
b. Ensure that the signal indicator in the instrument panel is flashing.
c. Ensure that the front and rear right signal lights are flashing.
7. Check the brake lights.
a. Press the brake pedal.
b. Ensure that the brake lights are turned on.
8. Check the hazard lights.
a. Turn on the hazard switch.
b. Ensure that the signal, trailer 1, and trailer 2 indicators light up in the instrument panel
are flashing.
c. Ensure that the front and rear indicator lights are flashing.
Note: If a trailer is attached, all trailer lights will work exactly the same as tractor lights.
9. Check the beacon light.
a. Turn on the beacon light switch.
b. Ensure that the beacon light is turned on.
10. Check the work light.
a. Turn on the work light switch.
b. Ensure that the work light is turned on.
11. Check the interior dome lights.
a. Turn on both interior dome lights located on the top left and right sides of the cab.
b. Ensure that the interior dome lights are turned on.
