Print the Configuration Page
Follow these steps to print a page showing the current printer configuration
settings and other useful information including error logs.
1 If the printer is on, turn it off.
2 Press POWER/SLEEP, and then immediately press and hold ALT. The
printer automatically restarts.
3 Release ALT. The printer prints the configuration page.
4 Press READY/CLEAR. The printer restarts.
About the Configuration Page
The printer configuration page includes these items:
• Printer serial number
• Engine serial number
• Printer configuration number
• Firmware (F/W) version
• Bootloader version
• Font version
• Total pages (printed)
• Printhead pin check pattern
