Battery
This instrument contains a lithium battery. Typical life time of the bat-
tery in the HP Mainframe is about 5 years.
NOTE: Recycle or dispose used batteries according to local regulations.
Or contact your Hewlett-Packard representative for information
on battery recycling.

The battery is replaceable. Replacement should only be carried out by
qualified service personnel.
NOTE: There is a danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced.
The battery must be replaced with the same or equivalent battery type:
A Lithium CR2477-N type battery.
The HP replacement part number is: 1420-0557
The battery is protected against charging.
CAUTION: Do NOT crush, puncture, or incinerate the battery. Do NOT short
the battery’s external contacts.
