Turn the instrument on while pressing the backspace key (@) to
perform
an instrument preset. The instrument will power up to
factory-defined settings-shown in the following table. Save &d recall
registers are not affected by this operation.
(m) (DEL)
Turn the instrument on while pressing the memory (DEL) key to
perform a clear memory. This function erases
all savehecall registers,
sets the
HP-IB address to 19, and performs an instrument preset
where the instrument powers up to factory-defined settings shown in
the following table.
Note
This will cause an error message to appear on the display:
627 Battery RAM failure: memory lost. This is normal.
