12. To install the left speaker, insert the speaker into the computer (1), place the notch on the speaker (2)
into the snap in the computer (3), and then make sure the left channel of the speaker ts under the left
notch in the computer (4).
Antenna removal
To remove and disassemble the antennas, use these procedures and illustrations.
Before removing the antennas, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 40).
2. Remove the display panel (see Display panel on page 42).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 46).
4. Remove the speakers (see Speakers with antennas on page 55).
Remove the antennas:
1. Disconnect each antenna cable from the system board (1).
2. Using a tweezer, remove each antenna from the connectors on the bottom cover (2), peel each cable
from the computer, and remove the antennas.
NOTE: Be careful not to tear the cables when peeling them from the bottom cover.
