Why is my HSD Tools electrospindle not rotating?

  The electrospindle might not be rotating due to several reasons: There could be no power supply, so check the mains voltage, connectors, and the integrity of electrical connections. Ensure a tool-holder is properly inserted. The thermal protective device might have tripped; if so, wait for the electrospindle to cool down. Lastly, the sensor S1(ISO30) or the series of sensors (HSK) might be disconnected or faulty, so check their connectors and electrical connections; adjust or replace the faulty sensor if needed.

What to do if the tool-holder is not locked in my HSD ES939 Tools?

  If the tool-holder isn't locking, there might be a foreign body between the tool-holder and spindle shaft; remove any foreign matter and clean the area. Ensure the tool-holder cone is the correct type. Also, the collet may not be opening due to lack of pressure; check the required pressure values and the integrity of the pneumatic circuit. Lastly, sensor S2 could be disconnected or faulty; check the connectors and electrical connections, and adjust or replace the sensor if necessary.
