Remove the eight M5x120 fixing screws from
the cylinder unit.

The cylinder is fixed with “Loctite 510” sealing
paste,
for an easier disconnection:
- hold the cylinder unit firmly
- feed it with max. 2 bar.

Disassemble the encoder reader by loosening
the two M4x10 screws.
