The electric fan does not work
well:
• Check the electric fan is
operational;
• Check the electric fan is
integral;
• Check that the rotation of the
electric fan is not obstructed
by foreign matter;
• Replace the electric fan if it is
faulty, as shown in paragraph
8.1
The passages where the
cooling air goes through the
framework of the electrospindle
are obstructed:
• Disassemble the electric fan
as shown in paragraph 8.1
• Check and free the passages
where the cooling air goes
through the framework of the
electrospindle;
• Reassemble the electric fan.
The liquid-based cooling is not
effective:
• Check the level of liquid in the
circuit;
• Check the specifications of
paragraph 4.5 are respected;
• Check the integrity and
efficiency of the cooling
circuit;
• Consult the manual of the
cooling unit.
The machining operation is too
heavy:
Reduce the severity of the
machining operation.
The electrospindle
overheats:
Incorrect parameterisation of
the inverter:
Check the parameters on the
