5. With the top side of the tray facing up, insert the tray back into the slot.
6. Make sure the tray is flush with the bottom side of the phone.
§ You need a 5G NR/4G LTE plan to use your operator's 5G NR/4G LTE network for voice calls
and data services. Check with your operator for details.
§ Dual SIM supports both 5G NR and 4G LTE SIM cards. Only one card can use 5G NR at a time.

Follow the same procedure above to pull the tray out and remove your cards. Before pulling out the
tray, make sure to unmount your microSD card first. See Unmounting the storage card on page 9.
Unmounting the storage card
When you need to remove the storage card while HTC U24 pro is on, unmount the storage card first
to prevent corrupting or damaging the files in the storage card.
1. From the Home screen, tap Settings Storage.
2. On the Storage screen, tap , and then select your storage card.
3. On the top-right corner of the screen, tap Eject.
