1. Check whether the external
power supply to the rack server
is normal.
● If yes, go to 2.
● If no, resolve this issue.
2. Replace the PSU with a normal
one and check whether the
fault is
rectied.
● If yes, no further action is
required.
● If no, go to 3.
3. Replace the mainboard and
PSU backplane and check
whether the fault is
rectied.
● If yes, no further action is
required.
● If no, contact Huawei
technical support.
Follow the handling procedure
to replace any faulty modules.
