The gure on the left shows the position before the protective cover is opened, and the gure
on the right shows the position after the protective cover is opened.
1. Press Reset on the re alarm control panel to reset the re alarm control
panel.
2. Set the re alarm control panel to the Auto state.
3. Press the START button to trigger a gas release signal to the re alarm
control panel. The release countdown starts.
4. In the countdown period, if you press the STOP button, the countdown stops.
If you press the STOP button again, the countdown restarts.
5. After the countdown ends, the
re alarm control panel generates an
electromagnetic valve drive voltage.
Step 14 Simulate a cable disconnection fault for a smoke detector or heat detector.
1. Press Reset on the re alarm control panel to reset the re alarm control
panel.
2. Set the re alarm control panel to the Auto state.
3. Hold the body of the smoke or heat detector, and turn the detector body to
separate it from the base.

4. Hold the smoke detector body, align the smoke detector indicator with the
position shown by (1) in Figure 5-6, and turn the detector body clockwise to
the position shown by (2) in Figure 5-6 to install the smoke detector.
