1. Monitor the ESS remotely for 30 minutes to
check whether other exceptions (such as
abnormal ambient temperature, battery
voltage, battery temperature, and exhaust
fan startup) occur. If yes, shut down the
ESS. During remote monitoring, do not
approach the battery cabin or open the cabin
door.
2. If no exception is found during the remote
monitoring, send trained personnel to the
site and observe the system for 30 minutes
from a safe distance. If there is smoke or
fire, remotely power off the system,
evacuate the onsite personnel as soon as
possible, and call the fire emergency
number.
3. If no exception is found during remote
monitoring and onsite observation,
manually clear the alarm. If the alarm
clearance fails, contact your technical
support.
