3.1.1.2 Installation Environment
● Do not install the UPS in an environment where the operating temperature
and relative humidity are beyond the ranges stipulated in the technical
specications.
● Install the UPS away from water sources, heat sources, and ammable or
explosive materials. Keep the UPS away from direct sunlight, dust, volatile
gases, corrosive materials, and air dense with salt particles.
● Do not install the UPS in environments with conductive metal scraps in the
air.
● The optimal operating temperatures for valve-regulated lead-acid batteries
(VRLA batteries) are 20–30°C. Operating temperatures higher than 30°C
