Through Manual Dialing
Tap .
Enter the contact ID complying with the dialing rules.
Tap .
Through Conversation
Tap or , and then tap Conversation.
Tap , and then tap New Conversation.
In the message interface, do either of the following:
 Tap the To field to enter the contact ID.
 Tap to select the contact from the contact list.
Tap , and then tap Video Call.
Managing a Video Call
During a video call, the calling party can perform the following operations:

To switch to speaker, tap .

To switch between the front and rear cameras, tap .

To switch to the voice call, tap .

To switch to the conversation interface, tap .

To obtain or send location information, tap to access the call positioning interface.
Ending a Video Call
Tap or press the On-Off/End key.
4.3 Cellular Network
Before accessing the public network services, ensure that you have installed the SIM card properly. If the
public network services are not in use, tap to turn it off to decrease data usage and increase battery life.
To enable or disable the cellular network, do either of the following:

Tap , and then go to Data usage > Cellular data.

In the control and notification center, tap the control widget of Data.
