To get the MAC address of the radio, tap QR code.
4.6.4 Advanced BT Settings
After the BT feature is enabled, you can tap to do the following:
To detect BT devices again, tap Refresh.
To stop detecting, tap Stop.
To rename the radio, tap Rename.
To view received files, tap Show received files to access the BT received file list.
4.7 Airplane Mode
When you are in an airplane or in an area with radio restrictions, you may be required to make the radio enter
the airplane mode. In airplane mode, the radio cannot use voice or data services. However, you can turn on
WLAN network or BT, initiate NB services, or use apps that require no cellular data connection.
To enable or disable the airplane mode, do either of the following:
Tap , and then go to More > Airplane mode.
In the control and notification center, tap the control widget of Airplane mode.
4.8 NFC
The Near Field Communication (NFC) feature allows the radio to recognize nearby NFC-capable devices.
Tap , go to More > NFC, and then enable NFC.
4.9 VPN
A virtual private network (VPN) extends a private network across a public network. Applications running
across the VPN can benefit from the functionality, security, and management of the private network.
Before setting up a VPN, you must set the screen lock (pattern or password).
To set up a VPN, do as follows:
Tap .
Under the Wireless & network pane, go to More > VPN.
Enable VPN.
