Step 20. Are You Using the Rack Indicator Feature?
The rack indicator feature signals when a drawer installed in a rack has a failure. Ask
your system administrator if you are unsure whether you are using the rack indicator
feature. If you are not using the rack indicator feature, continue to āStep 21: Are You
Using an Ethernet Connection?ā on page 37.
Connect the rack indicator cable as shown in the following illustration.
