9.8 Purchase with tips
This function is used for purchases that include tips.
Press MENU.
Main menu
1 Purchase
2 Purchase + C/B
3 Card services
Press OK for Purchase.
Amount + OK
120.00
Enter amount and press OK.
Amount = 120.00
Total = 150.00
Depending on the setup of the tips function within the terminal, the terminal
will request the cardholder to enter a tips amount or a total amount (illustra-
tion to the left shows total amount).
NOK = 150.00
Awaiting card
Ask the cardholder to insert card.
Amount = 150.00
Code + OK
Hide PIN entry
Ask the cardholder to enter PIN and press OK (for credit card with signature,
press only OK to confirm amount).
APPROVED If authorised, the terminal display will show APPROVED and print a receipt.
