APPLICATION ACL
With this function you can link an ACL to one or more of the 24 available switch ports.
802.1X
The 802.1x standard denes a client-server-based access control and authentication protocol that prevents
unauthorized clients from connecting to a LAN through publicly accessible ports, unless they are properly
authenticated. The authentication server authenticates each client connected to a switch port before making
available any services oered by the switch or the LAN.

Maximum number of auth

Select the authentication value of the maximum number
of retransmissions
Auth fail vlan attempts Number of attempts failed authentication VLAN
Conguration example
To set the following options: Enable 802.1x, revalidation and using Pae group addresses, set the Re-auth
cycles to 3600 s, Maximum number of Auth Retransmissions to 2, and Auth fail VLAN attempts to 3.
