REMOVING/INSTALLING SEAT PAN DROP
HOOKS - MEDIUM OR LONG FRAME ONLY
NOTE: Refer to FIGURE 5.3 for this procedure.
1. Remove the seat cushion from the seat pan.
2. Remove the four (4) mounting screws that secure the seat pan with drop hooks to the
wheelchair frame.
3. Remove the seat pan with drop hooks from the wheelchair frame.
4. Remove the two (2) mounting screws and locknuts that secure the existing drop hook
to the seat pan.
5. Remove existing drop hook from the wheelchair.
6. Install new drop hook and secure with existing mounting screws and locknuts.
7. Repeat STEPS 4-6 for opposite side, if necessary.
8. Reinstall the seat cushion onto the seat pan.
