5. Accumulator output voltage is high.
Yellow——Voltage is too high, in order to protect storage battery, chager will stop to charge for
accumulator automatically.
6. Accumulator output voltage below level indication.
Yellow——Voltage below level, this situation will appear when using accumulator without power or has
already been damaged, if it is the second situation, please replace new accumulator.
7. charger whole working status indication.
OFF——Charger runs normally.
Yellow——Charger has fault, will show other problem at the same time, like disconnect with storage
battery or accumulator temperature sensor disconnect.
1. Accumulator socket (Mind positive and negative polarity).
2&3. DC 24V power output socket (Mind positive and negative polarity).
4. temperature sensor input interface(random distribution).
5. Accumulator voltage detection input interface(mind, this interface should connect with output of storage
battery, charger should manager this interface input, or can not be charged. Mind positive and negative
polarity.
6. Device connection interface, connect with the CAN interface of host, spare/main amplifier switcher or 8
zone amplifier.
7. Device communication address, toggle switcher “1,2” is device communication address, the max is 3. If
there is only one device, should turn down toggle switcher “1,2”, The “3” is working status setting, if used
in VA-6000 system, please turn down “3” toggle switcher, if didn’t use in VA-6000 system, please turn on
“3” toggle switcher, or this device can not work. Keep “4,5” toggle switcher, there is no function yet, “6” is
terminal match resistance, the main function is to connect many chargers, if meet failure working status,
please take off this toggle switcher of the last device, please remind is the last device, not all device.
8. Gears selection switcher of current accumulator capacity.
9. cooling fan, when inner temperature reach the specific value, it will run automatically, force to cool
working temperature of internal chassis down.
