PRODUCT MANUAL
EN
Longest Pc 1st – Causes the Optimizer to look through
the job for the longest uncut piece that will t on the
stock each time it places a piece for cutting. This is
helpful when your les are not sorted long to short and
you want the longer pieces to be cut rst for stacking
purposes. When this option is o, the Optimizer places
the rst uncut piece in the le that will t on the stock
regardless of length. Longest Pc 1st also works when
Optimize is o and the Look Ahead is set to 2 or greater,
but it only looks for the longest piece within the Non-
Optimize Look Ahead window.
Match Grade SizeThis button will allow you to
turn o the ability to match grade and size when the
Multiple Stock Pieces option is on. This option only
aects the way the Multiple Stock option functions.
When this option is o, the computer will choose from
the multiple stock lists on the basis of the various
Multiple Stock lengths only. The saw will tell you when
to change sizes of lumber.
Idaco Angles – Enables the saw to receive and display
angles using the Idaco convention where a square cut
is 0°.
2. DIMENSION QUANTITIES

3. NAMES/PATHS

Save Cut Information – Saves information about how
many pieces you have cut back to the *.TRS le. It is

losing all the status information about pieces that were
cut up to the point where you paused.
Debug ModeThis box will be checked if a computer
programmer or service technician has placed the
program in debug mode to diagnose computer
program problems. Do not turn this option on unless
instructed to do so by one of these people.

sizes regardless of the lumber grade.
Run from Pick List – Checking this box will run the jobs
from the pick list.
