Step 7 – Move the breaker switch CB202 to the o
position to disable power to the blade motor (shown in
Figure 66).

Step 8 – Close the electrical control panel.
Step 9 – Turn on the main power to the ALS 4.0.

Step 10 – Follow the normal startup and homing
procedures (Section 3.1).
Step 11 – In the Manual Control Screen, verify that B1 is
registering “0.0”.

4.4 Calibrate Bevel Axis (B1)
Step 1 – Place a magnetic digital angle gauge on the Z1
linear rails, as shown in Figure 63.

Step 2 – Select the “zero” button on the gauge to set the
angle to 0.0.
Step 3 – Once the gauge has been set to 0.0, place it on
the blade as shown in Figure 64.

Step 4 – Close the saw door.
Step 5 – Open the main electrical panel.
Step 6 – Locate the blade breaker CB202 (Figure 65)
