5.7.3 Small Parts Conveyor
NOTE
The belt used on the small parts conveyor features a self-tracking
belt and does not track off of guide rollers. This offers a simplified
process for belt replacement and tracking as detailed in the
following steps.
Step 1 – Ensure tail pulleys are free of debris.
Step 2 – Square tail pulleys by making slight
adjustments to the tension blocks (Figure 180).

Step 3 – Run for 15 minutes to ensure belt is tracking
correctly.
NOTE
Perform this process on both ends of the belt.
